Real Estate Pattaya
I live in Thailand for around 15 years and lived in many places around this little paradise. In the moment I'm thinking to settle down on the East coast of Thailand and looking to buy a house or fine property in Pattaya. Real estate in Pattaya is in the moment very affordable and costs very less as prices will start booming soon.
There are many projects to choose from, for example I have been looking at Central Hillside village they offer nice houses for sale starting at 6 million Thai Baht this includes the plot or land under neat the house in USD its around $200,000.- that's not really expensive and is a good investment for the future real estate in Pattaya will double its prices soon with over the next couple of years.
